Good looking prices, expensive HK post (~30 usd for 250grm package) delivery time they said 20-30 days.....
Till now past ~ 100 days, they said MUST wait to see if package return to them and now they not answer any mails to me.
Fortunately package cost was about 90 usd, I was asking them about miracle a5,a7, but lucky me not deal with them
So, Be careful with this store and think twice before order from them !!!
My dealer was Annie !!!
I lost money (no big amount) but make me nervous with this shipment

Strange..i have purchased with hklock many times..most of them were orders upto 3000USD. i still didnt have issues or complains.Infact most of the times i was happy with their services

HKLOCK has been in the market for long time, many of my friends at DK have been using them without any problem.

This can be just one isolated problem happened to you, mistakes beyond their control, in any business cannot be avoided.

Lucky for them since they have some reputation, new comer will have to close shop when others see your comments. No shop will cheat you for this amount, or even 100 times this amount.

I am sure they will sort it out for you if there is proper communication. Also, I wonder why you didn't get the tracking number? Cheap postage? Then, that is the risk you have to bear. What can they do when it is lost half way since is normal post?

BTW, I will continue to purchase from HKLOCK, and is bad to try tarnishing image of few honest suppliers.

If you have tracking number, you will easily find out where is the package. The responsibility is with the courier company or post office.

I am not trying to protect or side the supplier, no supplier will be so stupid as to try to rip you of and get a bad name.

Try to discuss with Annie again and I am sure she will help you out :)

Your wrong, most countries its the sellers responsibility to make sure you receive your goods.. also if you have paid via VISA they require merchants to also ensure safe delivery, else VISA will allow chargeback.

If you paid via VISA credit / debit card you have upto 120 days to file a chargeback with them normally through your bank
