Hello;please some body can help me to idendifive if these files of yaris 2007 had double programmation immo and ECU or immo is also in immobox;and what 4D take?

Data is stored in immobiliser module only. Immobiliser and ECU are synced.
You can reset this model via OBD.

T300 synchronized it?

No T300 programs keys.

To Sync turn key to on position and link ODB pins '4 + 13' for 30 minutes

You only need to sync if you replace Transponder ECU or Engine ECU
