Auris 2007 - all Smart Keys lost, ID Code 89784-12030, Smart Key 89990-12010

I lost all keys from my Auris (year 2007, 2.0 D4D)
It is Smart Key keyless system with start button.

I already dismounted ID Code and Smart Key unit and already bought same used Smart Key transmiter.

ID Code (immo box) - 89784-12030, eeprom 93c46
Smart Key (unit) - 89990-12010, eeprom 93c66
Smart Key (transmitter) Tokai Rika B51EA, chip ???

What I will need to get things working?
Is possible to recalculate the dumps with transponder code (from used key) or reset the units?
What type of transpnder is included in Smart Key? 4D id67, 4D id70 or G-chip?
Is possible to extract the original transponder code from ID Code dump and write it to brand new transponder chip?

Now to the work, since u have pulled ID code box and smart ecu, almost 60% of work is done. Now u have read both eeprom 93c66 n 93c46 and post it here. Someone will make it virgin for u.
After that write the new dump to epprom, connect it back, u will get ignition on, and just add key via diagnostics tool such as T300

Also what country is this car from

ID Code box was absolutely sick job to get it out. It was located behind the heater.

So.. The mechanic will probably record the virgin eeproms to ID Code and Smart Key unit or I will post the eeproms here in case of any problem.
We checked the transmitter key and the transponder seems to be DST Plus (or DST+) chip or something. Also he said that is not possible to use used key. So probably I will have to buy the new one key(price ~320eur)

I cant find any informations about that chip. Is there any way how to unlock or pair the used key? Or definitely I can thow it to the trash and buy the new one? Somewhere I read that it is possible to re-use the key but it take some labor.. any info..?

You don't need to remove ID code for this model, can reset via OBD ( 16 mins ) and add key.

Anyway, if already removed post original ID Code dump, will give you virgin dumps to program back the key, and follow instructions as per Siyadk.

100% used key is possible, don't listen to that mechanic. There are two type of smart keys for this car, pg1 94 and pg1 98, original will be 94, but just in case you have the wrong key, will give you both dumps to try.

Don't worry, your car will start :)

You can add the key using teachstrem. then have to sync the ecu with jumper between pin 4 and pin 13 for 30 minutes.

Finally, here are my eeproms readings. If Im right 16bit readings seems to be correct.

I installed the units and ignition turns ON. I was trying to add the key using techstrem.
1. step - place the key to the start button - OK
2. step - set the key on passenger seat - FAILED, nothing happend during 30sec time limit

I found out that I forgot to connect some connector to dash (probably certification ecu, located on the top cover of dash over the heater)
Since I connected that unit, IGN is permanently OFF and it is not possible to turn it ON even when I disconnect that unit again. :blue:

What I have to do??
Have I to try short obd pin 4 and 13 for 30 minutes before adding the key? Or try to load the eeproms again?
Do I need to use any magic before programming? Such as opening doors or pushing any buttons etc..

hint: Check the battery in the transmitter :)

After battery replace, key added succesfully.
ID synchronization was done.

Engine is cranking but not start.
B2799 fault is pressent.

100%start is ok, key already programmed.

Make sure everything are connected properly, car battery is above 12.5v, sync again for 30 mins.

Only airbags are disconnected. Can it cause the problem?
I sync it 2 or 3 times for 35-45min. During the sync the key have to be in the car? Doors can be closed?

steering lock unlocked, engine fires up for less then second but then continue to crank only.
B2799 is not possible to delete after sync. It seems likde ID code is bad or dump corrupted..

I already dismounted the engine ECU, but Im waitng for Gwees instructions.

Finally, my car is running again!!
After loading the right dumps to ID Code and Smart key unit I was able to add the used smartkey and sync the units.

Normally just need to reset via OBD and add key.

If still problem, post dumps from ID code and Smart ECU. ID code 93c46, Smart ecu 93c66.
