Suzuki Carry 2001 model

Hi freinds

I have this car with all the keys lost. I was trying to programme a new key. New key programme is accepted but car is
not starting and still the check engine light is blinking. I think it should match with ecu. here i post dump and details
of ecu and immo.

Immo : Mitsubishi X24c01
ECU : Denso 93c56
Key 4C : 7E 78 0B 3D 50 00 00 00 00 91 04 7E 00 00


Please help me to start the car.
