Daewoo Lanos 2002 1.5 Immo off help

Hello,

I tried to do immo off on Daewoo Lanos 2002.
Engine is 1.6 DOHC.(CORRECTION!!!!!)
ECU is GM Multec with Red/White plug.
MCU=Motorola HC11F1 and flash is 29F010.
Already tried with Ecuvonix Universal Decoding 3.2 eeprom swap,and it doesn't start?
Does anyone have a solution for this?
Writings on the ECU box are SERV. NO. 16238981
