S320 Merc 2007 , Lexus ls460

Hi friends, I have a lexusls460 2007 model with total LCD display and also a Mercedes s320cdi 2007 currently running in km that I need to run in miles format, can anyone help. ,is it just a case of changing EEPROM dump on Lexus and any1 kno wat to do wit the Merc??

in mercedes you can change km-mile format from dash meniu,

I'll go through the menu and try, this is the current model s class so I'm not so sure,also does anybody out there have a miles dump for the Lexus Ls 460 , that should sort the Lexus , thank guys

What about faceplates?

S class is totally digital display, digital needle etc .so therefore faceplate is not necessary
