MB Star users,please advice

I Am thinking of buying star C3, just to repair start error! my questions are

1.where do i buy a good one from?.
2.i have seen they dont come with laptop, do i get one with sata or ide hard drive?.
3.which is the best laptop to use?
4.do i have to buy a laptop with com port?

please give your tip/experience, which is greatly apreciated.

I bought mine from china together with computer already installed,work great like original,u do coding as well but can't repair start error,for start error on ML163 i use MlL key maker repair's start error throught OBD,for vito,sprinter need remove chip from ecu or immo to repair

HI, I read somewhere in the forum that MB star can repair start error, hence the question. for sprinter/vito I use start error soft 1.7, but I was looking for obd method thanks for the methods. Can you tell me what mil soft is then please? any link is greatly appreciated.
