You can ask tacho.de ( repsoft.de) if they change all pdf's.

hello, why the clone wiring are the diffrent color?????????

I have exactly the same question. Why the colors ars different?

Some say one correspondence, others say different.

What I know is that I already burned a dashboard because "nobody" knows the true color of the cable 51.

Someone knows the correspondence for volvo v70 (HC12 cable 51) ?????

I found this correspondence:

(original) / (clone)

green-------------red
white-------------orange
yellow------------brown
brown------------black

I tried it but it did not work.
Has anyone tried or has a different correspondence?

Hello. I had similar issues with color coding. I referenced the pins for the DB25 found above in the RAR file. What I found for my color coding was:

Black DB9 pin 13 (Ground/earth for 12VDC)
Red DB9 pin 17
Green DB9 pin 18
White DB9 pin 25 (12VDC)

I recommend to check with multimeter for continuity check to verify which color goes to which pin. This is what came on my manuals CD:

13-棕(brown) - 13-黑(black)
18-黄(yellow) - 18-棕(brown)
25-白(white) - 25-橙(orange)
17-绿(green) - 17-红(red)

This was for HC12 for Jeep Wrangler TJ 2003.

Why screw around with the stupid Chinese colors? Rewire your cables to the proper digi colors....

Thanks, that's helpful for future reference, and long term it would make sense to make a proper DB25 connector with labeled wires. Continuity check for pins was the quickest way to get up and going.
