TACHO PRO 2008 PROBLEM

i buy china tool tachopro version 2008.
i try it but No display after powered on
i find this methode 263811 for repair

i reprogram the ic111 & ic112 with this dump 263813

not work

i dont find the same photo 263816 then the manuel
i dont find Crystal oscillator and at24c02

help plz

ok, i mean how you powered your toll , only by obd or have you powered your toll at same time with 12v charger ?

i powered it only with 12v charger i cant test with obd

I have ask becaus i know some guy have made mistake that he has powered by obd and separatly 12v same time, and theb toll was defect than, only green light was on display nothing else, he has look on some video on youtoube for first use,and there seen that a guy has made the same, and so he has burned his toll, i was thinking maybe you have made same mistake maybe.
Do you have ask your seller for your problem, or why you have not send it back !
