Hi I have just ordered a xprog to read him out. However, the chip was not there, but I take the gamble between the chip in the ecu is a mc68hcpe11e1vfn this is the same as a hc11e9?

You mean no CPU in ecu, buy new ecu from yunkyard.
If you want to read with xprog you need to remove mcu and put in adapter.

Hello,

the mc68hcp11e1vfn (4E28B) is not in xprog. if I read only as a mc68hc11e9 (4E28B) I get him the error device timeout error is silent. I also tried an external 12v but will not help. what am I doing wrong?

Read as secured, this is the one under the 4E28B in xprog menu.

Should be ok.

Hello my friend
Here you have another solution without complications:
- If you are able to start the vehicle, Then go to your ecu and cut pin 29
Immobilizer line for 1.4l ECU
(must be done with engine working)
This will remove the immo (But note that if you disconnect the battery immo will return)

- If the car is not starting at all, what needs to be done is to open the key, and read from the board a numbers that you need to send to me and I will turn this numbers to pin code which can be
start the vehicle Using the button lock/unlock.

Good luck
