2008 Lexus GS 450H lost all smart keys

Hello Friends
I have a customer with this car that has lost all keys.
Can anyone help and point to me were is the Id Box (93c46) & Smart Ecu(93c86) Location so that I could make a key.
Another question can I use Toyota smart keymaker on this model !

and the key data u posted is it a used key ?

Problem solved, the car start , and everything is functioning properly .
I did a reset to Id Box (93c46) & Smart Ecu(93c86), and with AD 100 I make a key
