Toyota Vits/Yaris Smart ecu need reset

Been trying to reset this manually but still cant get ignition on to program keys.

Could someone help?

You don't need ignition to program key after reset. No?

correct :) only virgin dump will give ignition

Techstream asks for IG on, i had another camry with same problem, and was only able to program keys with IG on.

ok, i get lost communication with ECU when trying to add.
Any ideas?
