Nissan Note 2012, please help to clean. Thanks

Hi, good evening.
I have a Nissan Note 2012 year.
Car has a Bosch unit 0285010839 98820BH10A with a 24C08.
I have cleared it using one of my tools, but not succeeded, now not even comunication with unit.
Can anyone please have a look at both, crash and clean dumps and see whats wrong there??
