Write only in English!
Component Protection OFF can be done in MMI 2G High. In MMI 2G Basic (4F0035729D), CP is stored in flash S29*. In the eeprom of the MMI 2G Basic, no CP data is stored.
If you don't have the Gateway module from the donor car, you won't do anything. If the part number of the original unit and the donor unit match, you can rewrite or resolder flash or unlock CP via Odis Online.

Hello everybody. I instalated mmi 2g high in car, and replace eeprom with cp off by "nill". But after update mmi to version 6030, cp active again, but sound and all is work. VCDS show error code in head unit - cp active. Is it possible to do something? Or download old eeprom 5170 and don't update?

No change sound 8s ON - 2s OFF repeated. Interfacebox MMI2G module is the original one in the car, not replaced.
It had three error codes: basic setting error, component protection active and an immobilizer controller no communication (stored) error code.
The KESSY electronics were replaced ten years ago because it was water damaged. The KESSY module immo data has been edited. That's why I can't unlock the component protection with ODIS online, because it says that the immobilizer data is not properly taught in. That's why the process is interrupted.The car is running perfectly.

The part probably comes from a stolen vehicle. I suggest buying a used MMI2 G high module and other necessary components and converting it. If you have an amplifier mounted in the trunk, it's not difficult.

EDIT: Thank you, works good. My problem was cp in 47, hoped doing cs off in 07 will solve it. Anyway another lesson. I virginised my amp dump and learn to car and sound all around.
Doing cp off in main mmi unit 07 gives us working mmi when changing but f.e. amplifier should still need cp /learn when changing.
