You need to fix your mini pro and upgrade to tl866a it's all software same hardware. Also there a over current protection you need to remove off your hardware. Once that is done your able to read incircuit 93,24,35,95 series. Google type in (tl866 forum) first hit is where you get all the info. On that Programer . After read the tread 44 pages upgrade your unit and thank me.
