Daihatsu Move lost synchro

Hi

I have an Daihatsu Move model 1997 1.5L which has the above problem . Before 3 days car didn t start at the morning so the customer try to started with second key .Car started ok and customer after that swiched off and try again with 1 key . Car started 3 sec and stopped . After that didn t start again neither 1 or 2 key . I believe that car lost the synchro . Can someone take a look at my dumps to fix the synchro?
Ecu is Denso 89661-87756 with eeprom TC97101 and immo box is Tokai Rica 89702-87758 with eeprom 93LC66 .
Key data 2 key that worked is
7E93429480000000005F9A7E0000
TRIS is
7EC942290100000000FA597E0000

Hi

Someone master for this can help ? Key 2 is in the immo box and i believe that immo lost sychro with ecu . If i will connect pin 13 with gnd and ignition on for 35 minutes like procedure Toyota and then switch off and disconnect pin 13 with gnd car will start ?
