Mazda BT250 EDC16 ECU adapt

Mazda 250BT. ECU is totally broken so I can't copy data to the "new" used ECU.
Is there any solution to adapt used ECU to this car?
FoMoCo EDC16C3 I think

Anyone?? I think it is the same as Ford PATS system. But I don't know ford systems well
