A few examples, edc16 T5 2008, try to adjust with smelecom or digiprog, not possible, fvdi works perfect. All edc16 work fine with fvdi, with smelecom, digiprog, max. 30 procent.

2) BMW E65 2008 - CAS not read by OBD, by CAS-connector read incorrect mileage value, after write the mileage in CAS has not changed. no Damage, thank God
3) Ford Fiesta 2012 - read km ok, write error, dash is turned off. help reset battery.

4)KIA Sorento 2011 - read/write km OK. Wow, it works)))))

What did you do wrong? For milege why do u this apart?fvdi ask to sync with bsi just do ok en it wil be fine its not dead its on the boot mode do the fillowing:
Go to bsi en disconect the power cable
2 put the keys on 2 position
3 put the power to the bsi he wil come out eco mode
4 dont try this again
5 report if its work

If you put less km then you have on cluster, ezs will return org km.
If you put 999999km and start car ezs will get 999999km and synchronization cluster-ezs will be block. Then you will have in ezs 999999km and then you can put km in cluster that you want.

I had the same problem fvdi say calibration done but no change. Disconnect battery didn't helped. So i did dash and ezs seperate. No big deal.

I noticed when i powered up the dash on my desk with the digi st60 cable the new lower km was seen? very strange, so you only have to program the new value with fvdi in the car by obd, remove the dash, power up check if new value is there. Otherwise program the new value with the dash plug i think it works, and you need a 912 programmer for the ezs, the best in town red rosfar (schematic is included). If you also dont have digi, then open the dash and programm the 24C16 direct (chip is behind a metall housing) on the back of the dash. And if you only have fvdi, sent the customer away and tell him where i live.

Hello ..i tried to do mileage correction on f150 2013 ... the fvdi reds the mileage the when i write the dash goes off (thaught it was dead ) then i unpluged the battery for 10 min ...its the same dead ... checked all fuses was good the took out battery again and plugged the dash came back to life ..... aany of you mayes have done ford f150 ?

otherwise get pin from cluster with fvdi, vagtacho or similar and then learn with vcds

I've read the pin code from cluster.
Tried to add the key with vcds but the vcds 12.12.3 do not have the option for remote control or keys.
I am waiting for tacho pro see if it works.

Yes I saw the video but didn't work..

Cannot access the security system..or something like that.the cas had one error..they changed the mileage.

He means that you use 2014 FVDI but the v5.11 not the v6.4. The v6.4 will kill the CGV/ZGV, but it can be ressurected using the v5.11. For all of you who killed your CGV/ZGV with FVDI, just launch the v5.11 go to Mileage calibration and write in the value you want without reading the original mileage, select yes when it asks if you want to block the EZS sync, and your CGV will come back to life. TESTED!!! Regards!!!

BSI go in Eco Mode only under 12v...so,if you put battery charger there's no problem.....personally with Continental haven't try

No it reads and writes and make virgin tested by me mpps failed to write fvdi writes flash in 30 minutes you have to chose the oldest software.

just buy a normal chip id48.. fvdi will precode and do the job

you mean JC johnson control, there are lots of killed bsi after FVDI OPERATION.... but there are just not dead, with knowledge you can alive them...

some write on this and aonther forum.... they put battery charger, and pull out fuses... to increase risk...

with diagbox turn off SAFEMODE... dont open door... or let door closed...

but on other hand... the safest way (my opinion) read eeprom... it´s not a big deal...
