need a big balls when doing this
Park the car in place where you can open the back door to acces the car battery
The car system will go to sleep mode while reading the backup, just ignore
backup take up to 1minute to complete reading, enter the filename
tool will show the correct reading after saving the backup, do not interfere the proccess just continue to enter the mileage you want to adjust
after adjustment was complete, the car will not wake up by the Start/stop button
remove the car battery for a moment and install again, the mileage will show in mile when the Dash is wake-up,
Push start/stop button, Service required will show on dash, just ignore
Start the car it will back to normal.

After correcting KM it shows XXXX in Dashboard after driving a few KM.
After you turn off the car, you have to wait about 5 mins and the corrected km is shown...
Then you drive about 2-3 km... it only shows XXXX in Dashboard instead of KM.

Anyone else with this Problem ?

What about x300dp and volvo v70 2012year?
Some models xc70 and 60 tool can do but if you connect another device it show earlear(real) mileage, but at the same time dashboard show corrected mileage.
Thats mean than obdstar x300dp can't correct odometer?

- VW Polo new gen : 2018 - 1.0TSI - doesnt work
- Renault Clio IV 2013 - Listed but does not work.
- Ford Transit Custom 2014 - Does not work. - got 999999. so i had to read eeprom and get a file done here.
- BMW keys- doesnt work at all for F11-F10
- Jeep Grand Cherokee 2013 - Works ok
- Bentley continental GT 2006 - Works ok
- Porsche Cayenne 2014 - Works ok

You can use the eeprom adapter with the cable you've got with your DP Plus, it is connected to the tablet with the USB part from your x300 Diagnostic cable.
When you want to use the eeprom adapter, you need to go there in order to read the eeprom :
- Immo --> Eeprom --> then you can RW Eeprom
there is actually a lot of available protocols.
The eeprom reader / writer with the X300 is really good i think.

I can also post some pictures if you want i'll take it for you!

FAIL! With X300dp Plus you cannot change KM on Fiat Palio/Strada Tablero Marelli with 95160. It only reads the Current Value.
And in the immo part, when wanting to make keys, leave the KMs at 999999 and you have to remove the board to correct it manually.

Obdstar is killing old tools. Red obdstar x100 pro and x300 pro3. Do not update. If you update the too comes with file authorization error and you will never be able to use again. And they response is simple. Must be hardware problem. Its not. Had 2 tools and both died after upgrade and they working perfect before upgrade.

Please not upgrade them

I tried that option on a 2015 Ford Focus with 95320 Johnson Controls cluster using X300m dash was reading OK no option to backup after write dash went black after removing battery terminal for a few seconds luckily dash came alive yet again showing original mileage !!!
X300m not OK for this job tried and tested ..........

Solution:
After H0 error dash is at 0km.
Connect Multiecuscan:
Perform dash replacement. After This cluster show 0 and H0 error is solved
Increase odometer with MES to desired value

First I try with ignition ON. But old mileage return after disconnect battery.
Second try with key insert in ignition switch position 0. Only insert key dont turn.
First I do BSI then dashboard.
After correction i disconnect battery for 2 minutes and check mileage.
When old mileage not return, all is OK.
After that with Diagbox I reset inspection message.


Have u done any other peugeot/ citroen doing this method? Very risky cars though🤐

Hello all.Odomaster android tablet-basic version- Can somebody tell me why for most of models it is required/avalaible via interne connection? It is safe to run like that? Can i broke clusters?I want to do a ford focus mk3 2012 year. On 2013- menu are two type(type 1 SPCxxx that require online connection and type 3 that not require).
I want to be sure that i did not damage cluster.

if youre worried it wont work , far safer to take apart and save the dumps , then try it.

if its not listed then no ..

the problem is and not having a go at you but , when the car is produced many things may differ, you may have 2 cars going down the production line and one may work diag and one fail , no 2 cars are the same just close even expensive bits of kit dont always work.
