BMW E65 745i DME swap HELP please!

Hi, I can really use your help with this DME.

I'm trying to replace this DME from 2004 745i
Old:
Bosch 0 261 209 010 , DME 7 540 600
New:
Bosch 0 261 209 010 , DME 7 544 610

This DME has 2 flash chips (DE28F800), I swapped both flash chips and 1 95080 eeprom.

now car won't crank, won't start. I can see the VIN and part numbers etc the scanner.

What did I do wrong here? Or do I also have to swap MPC???


Old DME was starting fine but goes dead when car is warm.

Already tried dme-cas alignment.

I did some more research. It looks I may have to modify MPC in BDM.

BDM100 will work well for this?

Thank you. Key and CAS worked perfectly the same day before i start swapping the DME.

What is OTP area?
I'm planning to use BDM100 to write the MPC by BMD. Do you think BMD100 is good for this job?
