hello, there are three models of ECU. everyone ARM9 system, with Nand as memory.
This unit shuts down after disconnected battery !! body computer signal can not find !! kilometers and flash

I think one of the few programmers that can read and write these flash memories would be the elnec beeprog2 but between programmer and socket adapter you'll spend over 1300 euros

I repair a blue&me on Fiat fiorino 1.3mj with part code 51943247 with traces of oxidation .
after having deoxidized it, the module received power but was not detected by the car.
Unsoldered flash memory MT29F01..... and reballed, proxi alignment with Examiner or other diag and it works perfectly.

just reball emmc 63 pin or if it's damaged replace , usually is brand Micron
for reprogramming you needed firmware dump from donor board or from babbo natale:
universal programmer RT809H with 63 pin adapter

it's a log, you can read thorugh debug uart interface onboard at speed 115200 (found with logic analyzer), you can use a common serial interface to read, unfortunately i've found only rx and no tx on bench tests, there seems to be a jtag interface but as of now trying with jtagulator i've got too many resultsfor pinout, still searching when i have a little time to spare,
