Orange5 programmer HELP

I want to read MCU 0L02M "MC68HC08AZ48A"
Have Orange5 and connection diagrams shows :

MC68HC08AZxxx (QFP64)
PTA0:26 - Prog. RxD
IRQ:2 - Prog. V10V
RST:3 - Prog. RST
PTC0:60 logic 1
PTC1:61 logic 0
PTC3:63 logic 0
Vss:21 - Prog. GND
OSC1:59
Vdd:22 - Vcc (optional)

Question: where is logic 1;logic 0 pinouts in programmer ?346153

Logic 1 - connected via a resistor 1kOm to Vcc;
Logic 0 - connected to GND.
