vw caddy edc16u1 speed limit removal

Happy New Year Friends of DK!!
Please could you help with speed limit removal from ex british gas vw caddy edc16u1.
I tried ecusafe but did not work, also when i write back file car not start, then i write back original file, car start but show eml light and fault checksum error.
Please help with speed limit removal plus checksum error, thanks a lot.
I attach first read and last read.
