I can repair that, but you have to read whole MCU.
FLASH 256 KB
EEPROM 64 KB
SHADOW 32 KB
from both units...

MACACA read OK. And XPROGM read ok, but i am overlooked data part at the end of file. From 40000 to 4FFFF is data part of file in XPROGM file. Because i have seen here many files from XPROGM read not good. In part of dump where need to be all values FF programmer read some other values that repeat.

Try like this and please report. If file work, after put in car, erase dtc and read again and save dump.

IF you will try just the crash data instead of your ori one it will not work without the data of the flash of the same eeprom data you will get internal error or fault its better to make clear your original file or virgine solution

12v: You have all you need to repair your unit. :) Just think, what you did not try?
If you want a hint, let me know... :)
