I used this scheme : max 232

I am trying to read RCD210 MP3 by Panasonic - flash content from Renesas M32C M30833F,using MAX232 and Rx,Tx,Gnd lines.Software - M16C flasher,and Renesas official (FlashSta)software but NO CONNECTION...

If someone tryed this method,please some help about wirings,lines...
