IMMO-OFF for renault megane 2002 petrol

i lost my keys for the renault and tried to immo off using the pin reader cable and the light no longer flashes, but the car still wont start what is the problem and how do i bypass and get it to start????

the car was removed the coil antenna around the key barrel/cylinder its missing, so i need to bypass it so as to get the car to start
