Here's what I found.
I'm going to check it out.
"The error has to do with the audio system anti-theft protection, if the head unit loses power then it thinks maybe it was stolen and installed in another car, so it wants to resync and verify that it is in the right car, which requires a reboot of the audio system. Instead of rebooting automatically, which might come at a bad time (like when you are backing out of the driveway) they want the driver to manually initiate the reboot. Which makes sense, but they should improve on the message and make it more clear what button you are supposed to press.

As a side note, if you ever have a bizarre problem with any part of the infotainment system, rebooting by pressing and holding the audio power button will often fix it."

I have the same problem with my Honda Civic 2015 GPS RADIO UNIT
FUJITSU TEN 39100-TV1-G31-M1

my origine Unit was out of order... no HONDA guarantee.

I found a used unit ( Radio / Gps ) no CD PLAYER.

we tried the code ( 44215 was marked on it with red pen by hand ) but the thing wouldn't accept it. Now after the 10 attempts and all I'm getting is first the H logo on the screen and after only a blank screen.

Since you don't know what a "Dump" is, I suggest you take it to your local decoder to decode

good news ... I have today through my Honda dealer and the serial number of the unit.

I got the unlock code and the unit is free with full access

The unit is working ... except for the volume , there is nothing to hear . not on the radio and also not via USB .

Volume of the unit does not work (I can turn the volume up to 40, but I can't hear anything).

I have already checked everything and also turned the volume all the way up, nothing happens ....

All settings and connections are OK ....

What is the problem ?
