audi a4 multitronic ecu wiring help required

Just joined this forum during google search regarding a multitronic fault i am trying to solve
Car is a 2003 a4 tdi multitronic which i have just bought with gearbox issues. I have a genuine vagcom lead and nor it or any system on the car can communicate with it.
The PRNDS symbols on the dash do not light up but one thing i have found is the 4 relays in the driverside scuttle were soaked with water. The relays have been dried out and tested to confirm they still work i have opened up the ecu from the gearbox and found no broken wires or nothing untoward inside.
Also car starts which takes away strong chance of earth fault i believe??
Does anyone have any ideas to start checking and or a wiring diagram so as to get to the bottom of this issue

Hi i have checked wiring and def getting power and earth down to the ecu but would appear nothing coming out hence the lack of communication with car or vag com via diagnostic line. I cant see any faults jumping out at me inside the tcm.
Where about on the tcm is the identification numbers as may try the auto breakers for another tcm for comparison or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated

take out abs fuse . then comunicate. fuse 7 or 15 i belive it was

the tcm on cvts is inside the actual gearbox.

hi taken out fuse 7 (esp) and fuse 15 (instrument cluster ) and this is what faults are left
