Hi dk
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I added key to cas module of a bmw e87 1 series.
I wanted to see if it works so i asked a friend if i could try it on his e92 M3. Adding the key worked.
So i put the original cas of m3 back. Now car starts but dsc and abs light staying on. The fault codes im getting from the dsc is :
Hydraulic unit :adjustment, dsc values. The car had no faults prior to pluging in the other cas.
Please help

INPA and calibrate valves, happens when you put modules of other VIN to car.

Its normal that this lights turns on when you conect another car CAS, you need to make a valves calibration and steering angle sensor alignement some times you need to reconfigure ABS options, it is made with INPA in Service Funtions.

Bump : just a quick question, i have noticed something on the m3 dsc module. Fvdi doesnt show operating software x.x.x . Can anybody confirm to see if this is normal ? When i select coding and try to read properties of dsc i got no coding index appears. Can anyone confirm if this is normal spec of vehicle is 2008 bmw m3 e92 or if i can use dsc coding from another m3 same spec ?

I think you got answer of what is needed...trying these ways due to lack of tools i think won't help. If you can't do it go to a dealer and he will do it in 5 minutes.
