I did a lil search on Tango forum and found that in most cases of Aygo most problem occured is in regard to which position the key should be put.

I obtained a dump of 2005 Aygo and compare before and after file. And here it is my conclusion if you want to try.. we don't have Aygo here.

Toyota Aygo/Peugeot 107 2005.. Immo ST24C04


For add key (transponder 4D 67):
-select key position
-read transponder Page2/Page3 data with ZedBull
and type it in box "Key Data 4D DST"
-save file with new key data and write to eeprom
-write Page4 data readed from file to transponder
Key is ready to start car.

YOU NEED ID 70 CHIP AND ZEDBULL SIMPLY LOAD DUMP
2.YOU SELECT TRANSPONDER PROGRAMMING
3.SELECT ADD KEY FUNTION
4. SELECT KEY 1 OR 2
WOOOO ONE KICK HAVE DONE IT MANY TIMES

I used new 4D (HTC16B) and key maker with atribus and car run.
