No you need buy tokens for cloning, however I believe up until Chinese New Year it is free to use copy48 (where tool has authorisation for this function)

ive been interested in getting a programmer to make other keys besides bmw which is what i do now. does this programmer offer a wide range of keys? im in US so can this programmer generate keys for gmc, ford, dodge, honda, nissan etc on OEM style keys? as i always see videos on people generating flip style keys made by xhorse by connecting chip to key tool. i would like to be able to make OEM stle keys as most people would like a key like original. like BMW keys i know it takes quite a few programmers to do most vehicles, but i would like to start with a decent tool with wide coverage as im just recently getting into other makes, so looking for a a decent priced programmer that i can learn with and is i get enough customers invest in more.

That's how much points you have. If it is 0 then you need to generate some remotes or buy some tokens(which are free until 25th this month).
You need to make an account and reg your device before you can see the bonus points.
100 points = 1 token

Hello. I have a problem with renewing my PSA keys. Programming reaches up to 50% and shows programming flash failed. I tested PCBs with the numbers E25CI009, E28CI01B, E33CI002, on each of them the same. I tried the software version 2.4.2 and 3.0.0 and no difference. I do not know what the problem is. On other keys, for example BMW or Audi, the renewal process passes without problems. Did anyone try to renew the keys of the PSA, if so please for information.

Same problem from 1 year. Repeat operation more times and your PCb will be Unlock but not sure that remote will be work. And if you try to unlock FSK keys, it will be change to ASK keys.

Hi Nazz2 yes today I renewed also one audi key 8T0 959 754 D with Pcb inside No. 233,453.111-02 and successfully programmed to 2009 Audi A5 AKL. The problem was that the key I had was same key part no 8T0 959 754 D but pcb verson did not match I must of missread doh! PCB no 233.453.011-02 lol it has to match 100%. Strange thing is when renewed read as unlocked remote working and read by vvdi 2. Hope they do a update some time soon.

Which firmware will be ok if pcb has number 233.453.011-02 ?

Previously I used other of the five keyfobs in package of KEY TOOL for cloning remote of electric bike with fixed code, freq=315MHz and SUCCESS. So I think the problem is with Special Cloning for Rolling Codes. Please if somebody knows about that..... There exist a cathalog for to know what cars have fixed code remotes or rolling codes?

If there is a xhorse support here i would like some help please. I have a problem with my vvdi key tool, i bought it complete with my vvdi 2, and ive binded them for the 48 authorization, it worked fine copied a polo, then updated the app and vvdi key tool, some time later that old app expired. I got the new one, but with the new one i have some bugs. I cannot copy the id 48 as it wont let me because it says unsufficient tokens.. while i have 525 bonus points in the tool. Can someone pleaseee help me as ive spoken with some xhorse supporters in phone and dealers nobody could be of help.

In parts there are only parts for bonus points. In fuction there is vvdi 2 functions but no vvdi key tool. :(

No - all bonus points were shared among all devices including KeyTool and VVDI BGA, when the first app was released and all tools were bind.
I'm quite sure (well, maybe 99%) I used some of those points generated with VVDI BGA for ID48 when the first black screen app was released.
But I'm absolutely sure there was no splitting of the bonus points described in the beginning.

Sharing between customers or sharing between KeyTool devices? Because there's not much sense in the first one.

There is a newer version of the APP from yesterday. Did you try with it - v1.4.2?
Another suggestion - try on Android.
Third idea it comes to my mind is to check if Xhorse made some other changes like for example - client having to convert the bonus points to Tokens before being able to use them. I can't check myself cause my device is not with me.
And last option is to contact someone from the support and complain on them.

Martinj... i authorized it from website login into customer self service.. but now i cannot login because it asks phone number and password. And i used to transfer bonus points from it aswell. Now i dont know from where to do that. And i have iphone app version 1.4.2 released yesterday which ive downloaded and it doesnt do anything... :/

You need to convert your old email account to the new phone account. It is done through the Account app menu, when you first login to that app. Try to logout and login again.
And all things you previously did from the website now you must do through the app menus.

1. Ive done the phone register with email.
2. Ive tried generating remotes for tokens or transponders.. doesnt work.
3. Ive tried android app, doesnt work.
4. All the help i was given was either ive done it, or its not working.( no offense)

Im not a tough person to help, its just the help is pointless. I get it you guys are trying and im trying to give feedback here, but dont be like hes a tough guy who cant be helped.. thanks for trying :)

Anyone having issues upgrading to 3.2(or 3.2.1 even). I'm using the upgrade Kit V1.5.2 , It detects Keytool and connects to it but displays an error on the upgrade kit. "Get upgrade files failed" . I recently bought this tool and tried to uprade a few days ago and it gave me that error, then I went for update 3.0 and it upgraded just fine after several minutes. Now a week later tried to upgrade to 3.2 again and getting the same error.

Not a huge problem if it doesnt write to TK5561.

First this Xhorse super ship still isn't available. Second - it's not tested in real world so don't know how well it works.
Third and most important - if you have some TK5561 already in stock waiting for some clients then it is a problem because instead of Keytool you have to use other tools to write them.
Well of course you probably will have those tools already in this case but still would be good if Keytool was able to support the original chips which are still available.
And price for 1 Tk5561 is $30, not £30.

Good evening.
I have renewed three nissan smart keys (Hitag AES), have tried to programm all three in a new Qashqai 2+, and none of them can bedetected by the car/ign button.
I take a brand new one, and programm at first try.
So.....this KEY TOOL renewing function.....I think its a hit and miss. Allthough it says "Successfully renewed"......No, its not.
Anyone please have done it and has worked??

Would it be possible to read eprom and eron from a brand new one to transfer into a renewed one???
Dont really know if this possible or am i saying......bla, bla???

I will say - wire programming,
this is not xhorse, xhorse PCB is mark .
also Xhorse never sale sale remotes with manufacture number,
so seems this one is already prepare to be 6R0xxxxx

Since I noticed the mistake on wiring diagram, I tried renew T32 xtrail key all the option on key tool.
Immo is renewed, but remote wave does not come out.


By the way Audi A5 renewed smart key worked.
Mitsubishi renewed key worked, even if it was 315Mhz.

Okay I have a question for you all how are you guys copying the Ford 4C transponders from the h72 with the vdi key tool because every time I try to clone a h72 4C it will not start the car unless it is directly on top of the immobilizer ring.

what chips are you using to get better distance

Yes, for 4C 4D ID60 the best is the used glass chip. I did it yesterday with KD remote. Had to remove the White connector because the glass chip was too big ������

ive a maybe stupid question to ask but i swear im lost in the system :D
I had the old Xhorse app registered with email, combined all my devices under it ( mb tool, condor, vvdi2, keytool....)
Now we have this new app what only accept phone number to login, how can i transfer my devices to this new account?

Actually you have to transform your old account to the new account type. It is done only once through the app menu and your devices will not unbind. But the new thing is you can't use Benz tool bonus points on other devices so no point in binding it at all. For example you can't use it on Keytool for ID48 calculation which makes Keytool useless if you also have KDX2 which is the most likely scenario since the whole KDX2 costs less than the ID48 license for VVDI. And Keytool remote generating is steps behind KeyDIY...

The most complicated thing with vvdi key tool... is with copy id48... used to be simple now its the most frustrating thing the last 4 months... ive been letting customers go for this. First it would say cannot calculate from server now its saying i need to activate license from dealer so that i can use the bonus points( f. Pointless) or buy tokens... buy tokens from where??
Please improve this. Its critical for vvdi key tool and its broken to the bone.
Im very angry with this function. As its been sooo complicated and its the core function of the tool...

Ok basically i got some information about this.
So it turns out that when the promotion of xhorse at new years eve when that was i happen to get both the vvdi 2 and the vvdi key tool at the price it was sold then.
After that i shared authorization to vvdi key tool for id48 copy, and i did some transponder copy with it.
Then after some time it was blocked and said server couldn’t calculate and now it says speak with dealer to activate license.
Ive waited alot of time for this bug/ or fix for my vvdi key tool and in the end turns out to be stupid,
So because i got the vvdi 2 at a promotion i cant share the authorization with my vvdi key tool anymore because it is taken that the vvdi 2 activations that i got are as a gift so i cannot share it to vvdi key tool anymore BUT i can share it to vvdi mini key tool... which is WHAT. So where is the point of vvdi key tool? Now i have to either pay 250$ or buy tokens for a tool which was supposed to be used with bonus points but turns out i was gifted the activations so now i have to pay for it, or buy the mini key tool for it... can someone give logic to this please.

Man, the regular vvdi key tool should be more better than the mini version, but here is the opposite :( i dont know why. Hope they fix this thing and make the regular key tool better because right now for me its plain useless. Bought it for copy 48 now it wont do them no more, have to buy the mini key tool for it... makes no sense
