Old computer any previously held an open and eepro was deleted. Then doubted that the ECU is not right, I picked up another ECU and have removed it, but again the same. the car will not start

Can immo off with Julie emulator if DDCR
EEprom replace 1st line and half second line with FF's you need reprog inj codes
