Clio 3 1.6 16v s3000 ecu help

Hi guys have a problem with clio 3 1.6 16v s3000 k4m enjin long story short car was by someone els and when a received it ecu was missing so i found another ecu from the breakers loaded virgin file that's attached apparently its self learning file (how does it self learn).

So whats happening now is car cracks over for about 3 times then stops cranking. Immo light on dash is solid no fault codes in uch or ecu. I dont have can clip so need solution without it i have fvdi clone and autocom for diagnostics.

Any help in the right path would be appreciated.

Fan is off when ignition is on.

When i load immo off thats attached car cranks over couple times and stops the whole time if i check in live data immo is inactive in the ecu with this file.

No spark no fuel pulse.
