Need help happy to pay $$$ 2014 Pajero 3.2 Diesel Auto mileage correction issue

Hi Guys, I have a Digiprog 3 and something went really wrong when i tried to correct the mileage.
After i soldered the chip back in odometer is flashing E, right indicator light and some door lights are constantly on even when key is not in ignition and car is locked.

Could someone please send me a correct chip set to 71000km? Happy to pay $$$.

i dont know why people use theses tools and still not make back up,

i use orignal tools and still make back up,

some cars i read with different tools to make sure,

my friend open speedometer, and read chip directly,

Okay, so took a while but i sourced a new chip made a programmer and wrote the attached bin 426035 file to the chip and now i have mileage showing and working BUT the dash lights that were previously constantly on, now don't work at all, eg status of gear selected or doors open or indicators... any advice would be much appreciated.

I wrote 5 different dumps on the chip, all had the same result so I'm suspecting my issue will be rooted elsewhere not in the data content, I think i may have shorted something somewhere, any pointers where to start?

Did you definitely have the right dump for the dash? i.e. Fuel type, transmission type etc? Even small differences in the data can throw up gremlins - there's a fair bit of info in a C66 chip - 256 * 16. I'd try and find a second hand dash of the same type and see if that works
