Renault Mascott Immo and synchronization problem

Hello, please help me with Renault Mascott 3.0 2007, 0281011277 ECU. I have new ECU and key.

1. I've read UCH 93C66 EEPROM, and extracted PIN
2. I've programmed new key to UCH
3. When i tried to learn UCH by Clip i get message that it is already configured

Car won't start. Immo light still on :/ I've read eeprom and flash, please tell me if the files are good to this ecu and car ? (eep_flash.zip - attached)

I tried to virgin ecu epprom with file Virgin.zip (attached): - no results.

I see that i have information on diesel injector calculator in the clip:

- synchronization - not done
- learned code - no
- car start - prohibited

Maybe i need to virgin uch eeprom (uch.zip - attached) and then synchronize it somehow ?

I dont have more ideas :/

I've read some threads and i see that i have to virgin eeprom and synchronize ecu with uch- but how? i see no help for free on DK . i can pay for it, i must fix this car quickly.

to stard i need to know what is the problem of car?
if you have new ecu+key you need the pin of the new ecu and virgin your bsi to sync the key+uch+ecu
if youplug the new ecu with the old uch and programe the key with the org pin the car will not start because the pin are difirent in ecu and uch
let mi what you need to chaenge in your car i will help you with avry think i know

I gave car to my friend (working) he sold ecu/bsi/key and inserted there everything different i think. After reading bsi i got pin which is working good (i can program key with it). I have UCH N3.

Yes key programmed good. Also in Clip i see after putting on that he is giving code do uch, etc.

now i know that i need to virgin ecu but my virgin.zip file is not working

what ecu do you have ?
you can program key in second hand (not new) on an other uch ? not sure

Ok i will test and report. Will i get access to program key with pincode which is different that extracted from uch eeprom ?

Ok i'll try but i thought that uch pin is 19 DB CE 8F 7D E3 (i was coding the key with it)

The car still don't start. Immo light still on. The only one difference is that code of injectors are AAAAAA, but i still can't program them and VIN (with Clip). There is also no synchronization between ECU and UCH (in Clip: - synchronization - not done,- learned code - no,- car start - prohibited). What can we do now ?

Hw same, sw i dont have idea. Tell me last thing: after virgin ecu, before start and without injectors coded , immo Light should be still on?

Ok so if immo light is still on - ecu is not learning properly. Maybe flash memory is bad ? I don't know what soft is inside. Maybe someone has dump for ecu and uch that i can write to them both? (codes in ecu and uch will be same)

with renault can clip you have comenication with ecu ?

@chico: Yes i have communication. DTC in ECU are: P0235,P0089,P0110,P0611,P0033,P0100. Maybe DTC P0611 block ecu learning ?

It is interesting that there is no fuel on injectors even i put additional ground and plus directly to fuel pomp (i will remove it and check tommorow).

With this eeprom i can't identify ecu calculator or state list of him. I have error: "DF001, Electric Module, 6.DEF" in Clip which means eeprom problem.

Files doesn't work and i also think that ECU is not compatible. It is 2006 MY but in the ECU i have stored error of turbo boost sensor that is not present in this car. I have simple mechanical steering. @Chico you think that ECU is not compatible or only flash memory content?

Ok i should have ECU or SW from Mascott with ZD3A600 engine - 85kW. HW is ok but the ecu can also be from Renault Master so i need full bdm for this ecu. Maybe someone has sth like this ? I see only one corrupted file on DK. Google searching ...

I've probably found The reason. I cant communicate with ecu via can. Can someone confirm that to synchronization between ecu and uch, and also to code injectors can is necessary?

Finally problem solved. Can module in UCH was broken. Unfortunatelly Clip didnt report any errors on UCH module.
