Sprinter with julie emu problems (CR2 with can WSP)

Guys car came in as a non starter,
Opened ecu found julie emu already installed (Led Blinking Very fast)
No start error on display, found can wires Still connected to immobox.

So i cut the can wires from immobox,
Mod eep like manual says

Led starts to blink slow after first ignition on, second ignition on again fast blinking.

Any idea What is going wrong here, car refuses to start.

Guys just a small update, on the table emu works good, blinking every second.
When i put it in the car, first ignition on is Ok (blinking every second) second ignition on blinking Very fast.
Can is disconnected from immobox, there is no start error in dash But car not running.

Any idea Guys?
