2013 subaru impreza how to induce key code into biu

i have a subaru impreza 2013 with all keys lost. i can read the eeprom from the biu and have the ability to rewrite the eeprom but has anyone have a virgin bin file or what information from the key i have to change?

On those new Subaru AVDI or Tmpro2 works good.
I do not think anyone can reset it manually.
