Mercedes w211 e320 V6 ME2.8 Lambda off

hello friends i Need help for my car, i have a MB 320 V6 the ecu is ME2.8, i read this with Galletto. i delete the Lambda with Lambda Remover 05.2107 but ith th Software damage the file, and car doesnt start, and all lamps in Cluster is on. can anyone Lambda off for me?
