Audi A6 4F 2004 3.0 TDI EDC16 Speed limit

Hi!
I need to limitate this vehicle to maximum 140 km/h.
I read the ECU in BDM and i used EDC16 Calc to modify the speed limit to 140 km/h, but doesn't work.
Then, i used VAG COM to adapt the speed limit in channel 10 - Adaptations - channel 07.
I see there speed limit stored 241.2 km/h. When i try to change to 140 km/h and hit TEST, the new stored value still ramains 240.
I tried to login with 12233 pin in security access, but won't accept.
Is there another login pin for this limit?

Modify drivers wish selector by speed, cut torque at given speed? might work.
