IAW MJD 6JO.S5 Lost comunication after Immo Off try

After I try to make immo off in IAW MJO.S5, I got no more communication width the ECU , even on the table.
I write a new 95320, and check if MPC flash is ok !
What should I look for ?!
Is not bad solder"s , and I follow the traces on PCB and all seems good
And I can read and write by BDM .
Any Idea ??!!

IS Possible that occurs some problem in eeprom or Flash
Can some one ckeck pin code from 95320 please
This is a Susuki swift 1.3 Dids from 2008 immo is very semilar to Agila B
Buy the way ,to program the keys , is just like Opel , or I have to read something in immo.

Update
Ecu is back to life
After crying all nigth , I wake up and try the last resort , XPROG , solder the wires and conect wires to feed ecu +12v and voilá I have comunication width opcom .
Now is possible to do immo off in this ecu ?!!

there are no immo info about in MPC or Eeprom , but don"t ask me how this work :-P
I change MPC flash from others ecu"s and Eeprom, and they in the dealer just add keys :confused:
