I have just brought an Autocom CDP+ interface running (Delphi DS150E - NEW VCI) 2016.00 by Hex2stuff and there are some problems related to license file.
Each time I restart the laptop the programs ask to register again, so the license only works until restarting.
I have to create and activate a license file every time I run the program after computer restart and shutdown in order to get it to work.
First time when I connected the interface to the car OBD it also updated the firmware.

Please let me know if I can also install an older more stable version of delphi software on my laptap without needing to unistall the current 2016.00 version, as I would like to have more versions installed and test each one appart.

Is there a way to keep the current updated firmware when using an older version of the Delphi software.

Also please let me know which is the best software version to install.

I will try it and see how it works.

While installing the program, I had the option to choose between three different VCIs: 30250, 30251, 100251

I chose the first one, not sure if I did it right. I've generated the File Activation XML and attached it to my post.

So your 2015.3 activates in a different way. Find better 2014.2. It's the same as your 2015.3 but with fewer internal errors. (Or 2014.3)

You need a different activator for each of these versions.

Yes, copy / paste in a folder with SW. Then generate a new activation file. If you have SW 2014.3.2 do not change "MAIN".

745302Hey guys, can someone help me with the installation ? First I installed version 2016.0 but it was for 300251 while I have 100251 so I had to reinstall. I deleted all the folders and cleaned the registry but I still had the "operation failed. Please check that installed version is valid for your type of VCI" error so I reinstalled the whole computer and still had the same error. I then installed 2015.3 which I activated without a problem but when I tried to test the VCI it couldn't make a connection to the interface. Does anyone have a solution ?

Now, I've actually managed to install and activate a 2016 Version. BUT, now i'm having trouble with the VCI. The app will not find it... Tried getting the firmware updated, Still no luck. Only being told that there's no USB connection.
I have installed the drivers etc. But still no luck ffs. You seem to know what you're talking about. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
