ECU swaping Help

The ECU of my VW Vento 1.6 TDI is no longer useful. I got a used ECU.

Does someone help me make the car start? I have read the eeprom 25640 of the two ECU's, the original one that broke down and the one I bought.

If I install the one that buys, the car is put in SAFE mode, but I can not make the adaptation with the VCDS. Does someone help me by passing an arranged file to write it in memory?

with this equipment you have, you will not give this ecu. You can do it with a dragon or original avdi abrites
