2004 Toyota Hiace Odometer Repair, PLEASE HELP

hello guys, im having a problem with one car in the shop, i was doing the odometer on it and now its blinking...can anyone repair my dump?

speedo and temp not going up.

Thanks Nikz...but I managed to fix with another dump you helped someone else with. What had I done wrong?

change all "00" to "FF", that's all.

Thanks for the advice, I will remember that next time, the odometer was changing every time, but it was also blinking...So I was wondering if my dump was bad, I have a bad SOIC Clip...
