Hi, I have in my workshop a W220 320CDI with a lot of problems.
ESP Fault, Airmatic fault, EPC fault, auto transmission fault.
I dont have diag communication with ESP, Airmatic, EPC, Auto Trans...
I checked all fuses, I don't know if there are more fuses in this car: Both front sam, rear sam, fuses under carpet passenger, fuses in trunk beside battery.
In Engine ecu there are fault related to no communication with ESP, Airmatic, Trans...
Also the trunk doors only open with keyblade and my customer don't know if this problem is from the same day or not.
Any help where to start?
Thanks

In the photos that I sent you from airmatic and esp you have 12v and ground?
If you have them, it's communication problem, and I'll look for a CAN bus.
OK?

I see some big fuses in front right sam and front left sam without +12V
If I feed one of this fueses, I ear the ABS pump, but I cant access to diag.
See pics, no +12 on thoses fuses.

Do not look at the fuses!
Turn on the contact and look at the ecu airmatic connector and esp if it has 12V,

Ok, checked wires.
In airmatic ecu there are +12 and GND according to your wiring.
In ESP ECU there are +12 and GND in 48, 24, 47, 23. Nothing on pin 14.
Check this DTCs from Engine ECU.

Maybe you can upload info to mega? Do you need VIN?
All this fuses checked, also fuses under carpet in passenger side, same box like baul fusebox.
Anyway, we see is not problem related to feed, at least in Airmatic Ecu and Gearbox Ecu.
Need to check EPC ecu and ESP ecu (location and feed).
Thanks for your help!

What about terminal 54 in rear sam with 0V?
Where you get the wiring diagrams? What software?

StarFinder is valid for Euro market? It shows diesel engines or only USA market?
