Hi Friends.
I have problem with Fiat Croma 2007. 1.9jtd.
The car comes to me with all key lost.I readed the dump from BSI with 9S12DG256 and tried to make transponder 7936 with EEFI,
but no sucsess.
Can somebody advice me how can I make key for this car.
Thanks.

thats bcose you have to store the key in the key module too (EZS, EVL whatever). Same system like the Alfa 159.
If you learn thru obd then the car will not accept only precoded 7941 TP it will not working with 7936 or 7946..etc
Basically you have 4 chioce:
- 7936 stored in the bsi and the ezs module
- One of the lost key data written out to id46 copy tp
This two optcion covered by miraclone for sure (i already tested it)
- Used keys with bsi and EZS, and you have to adjust to the car

I can not learn the key thru obd, because I can not turn ignition on.
I tried to make transponder from bsi dump. The EEFI generate the new dump, but it is fill only 00.
How can I store the key in BSI and EZS?

Hi
Have 2007 Alfa brera (same as alfa 159) all key lost. Try to start the car but all people that i've gave the car to "fix" it, could not do anything. All the time have info on dash display - Key not recognized.
I have fvdi2018 and from what i see i can add key to bcm dump, but not EZS (key ignition) ? Is it possible to do it "on foot" ? Or i just need to use other program ?

One guy took only ignition EZS and still nothing... immo chip doesn't work.
This time around i wanto to give it to someone who can read bcm and ezs and then make a immo chip and put this chip's id to bcm and ezs.
Will try to read it and will post the dump here. lets see
Will try to programm the key by obd by launch x431

Ok so tryed to add precode 7936 chip from bcm dump by OBD2 and no luck.
Don't have now multiecuskan, so only x431 launch was around ... and pin code rejected.
So only precode 7941 original remote can be add by obd2 yes ? no option for 7936 ?
What soft can decode EZS for alfa 159/brera ?

You can add pcf7936 via OBD2 but not in BSI but in TEG reader.

Best to look for someone that is willing to send you the transponder.
Upload your dumps, bsi and Teg.
Tmpro worked well on a 159 for me.

Ofc I've done that in tag key reader. With all key lost its only module you can enter .
The thing is 2 guys already tryed. One of them put chip data to the bcm, 2nd to the tag / ezs
My idea is now to buy set of bcm and tag with key and match it to the ecu, but from what I've found there is no option to Virgin med 761 ecu ? Is it true ?

I read a 159 by obd. i used Smok, ioterminal should also work.
If you are going to read it. Dont use carprog.
Use someting like orange5 or upa.
It is not so difficult to follow the pins, and to a spot to connect a wire.
If you do not have the prog, or experience, you might ff up this bsi.
What land and area are you from, maybe someone could help you read it by obd.

Just checked with Zedfull manual ... they do not have this BCM in the manual ... - > https://www.istanbulanahtar.com/download/13.11.2019_Application_Guide_WEB.pdf
Launch x431 is reading this bcm as Marelli 4th generation.
The same mcu is in Volvo v50 cem , the same mask even...
I guess its about time for xprog...

The pcb looks the same. Thanks mate !
Will try to read it and let You know.

Edit
Did you precode transponder and add it by obbd2 ?
Sasika
9th June, 2020, 02:47 PM
Yes of course. Have to precode the key with correct tool otherwise the remote will not work. After that have to add the key via OBD.

The question is, did You add precoded pcf7936 by obd2, or the only option is to use original key/fob ?
Sasika

I used original key fob but if the precode correct then you can use 7936 as well.

Hi
Menaged to read Teg/ ezs. If You could please check if the eeprom is correct and has keys id as well as pin code maybe ?
Alfa dealer gave me pin code :61262 . Transponder ID C4E8821E - read by hitag2
And please check key position as well, cos i have a feeling that key number not match to key number in bcm due to fact that another guy put 7936 transponder to bcm as well. so it could be that tmpro2 ? (or another soft that could make key from Teg dump ) made key on position lets say - 1 , and on position 1 in bcm is diffrent key id.
For info - Original upa read the file as 510b - 24c04, carprog with extra 12v read it as 512b - 24lc04. From what i've checked on tmpro2 webpage file should be 512b.
Maybe this week will get bcm eeprom to compare keys ID and their position
In the meantime will try to add key by obd2 - just got multiecuscan, with launch x431 after puting pin, the car disconnected connection, Someone told me that there is a delay - 30 minutes before you could add new key ? Is it true ?

Your key is 1 position in 24lc04 eeprom file.

Your PCF7936 generated on CN3 from 24lc04

So get the eeprom dump from MCU - 2 keys and pin 61262, so dump should be fine... hope so :D
Transponder ID C4E8821E - not in the MCU dump ! If someone could check it with other soft ?
Made new transponder by fvdi2018 v5.1
Now i can try to add both keys by multiecuscan - 1st key that 2nd guy made from TEG/ ezs and one that i've made...
Lets see...
Pinout for xprog 6.12 attached ;)
Thanks for all of You !
Best Regards
Edit
In case if someone could, please put Transponder ID C4E8821E to bcm dump as a key #1
Thanks in advance.

FVDI still showing old key as not programmed. For now will try to add keys by obd2, to not risk any damage to MCU Bcm.

Guys ! Job done !
Transponder precoded from BCM dump by fvdi2018 fiat v5.1 and added by Multiecuscan 4.61 , job took like 2 minutes ...
And i've got this car like 6 months ago ... :O, long story short , engine is gone... , but still, better with key then without ...
Thanks all of You !

The remote will be programmed at the same time as key/ transponder.
It is same system as Alfa Romeo 159.
With lishi you can read the mechanical PIN code.
Type it cutting machine and you will get an key to open and close the door.
For transponder/ key learning you need to remove body control module.
Read the motorola mcu and you can or program transponder directly or preprogram the remote key.
In most cases option with transponder will program new transponder directly to mcu and you need to rewrite the new file in mcu.
Option with preprogrammed Remote Key will need extra software to learn key via obd.
You ca do it with autel or some simple software like mes or alfa obd.

Fiat Croma and Alfa Romeo 159 have same system regarding keys learning and programming.
But the keys are not the same. So key from 159 doesn’t fit in key slot from Croma.
AliExpress keys for 159 are ok, but only expensive one (about 90-100€ per piece).
The cheap ones which costs about 30-40€ are not that good.
Transponder is working but remote not. And there is no way to learn it (remote).
I use Tango and MES… Next time I will test it with Autel…

Yes it can be done. Best way is this get data from TEG…
After that car starts immediately… no need to learn it via OBD…
