Lexus, RX350, 2007, add key

Hi, I have here Lexus RX350 2007. Customer lost all working key, from the previous owner he received also new key that has never been coded. I try to add it with carprog but it didn't work. I will be grateful if anyone could take a look if I make it Ok or wrong.

What is your region?

In your picture you picked 1999 model RX330 and 4D. I don't have this one in my menu. Only RX300, but that is 4C.
Your key is ID68.

I can open it in ID68 RX330 2005- ( The menu you don't in Carprog). And ID68 SC430 2004- ( see you have this one)

I see there is some differences in the dumps.

Here it is. This file appears to use a type 4D, 4-Byte format. :)

Well you could reset the box, and add 2 masters and one sub.

You have choose the right one, RX330 1999- , ut uses texas / crypto
Use chip ID 4D68 pg1 30 / B0 / 50
