Vw Caddy EDC16U1 Immo problem

Hi guys

I tried to switch a cluster for a VW caddy. It has new set cluster ecu and keys.
Car 2007 but set was from 2004. And now cluster was broken so i wanted to put in cluster 2007.
Affcourst the immo did trouble and i tried addapting with VCDS & no succes.
Maybe there is a solution all off in ecu so it works ??

Yes only immo problem so try to start but wont start
