VW Phaeton Kessy

Hi guys, I hvae a problem with Kessy on VW Phaeton.
Тhe old module was flooded with water, I bought another module the same number.
What besides the eeprom I have to transfer from the old to the new one?
May be THE NEC or Infineon?

I need to transfer the processor Infineon very hard work :( But i report after this :crushed:

I swap eeprom, processor infineon and Nec and car not started.
Any ideas?
In kessy have fault code: wrong key....I don't understand why ...
please help
