Mazda 3 new files immo off or synchro

Hello everyone.
i have a mazda 3 year 2004 1.6l petrol, ecu file is corrupted, light blinking, car is not starting.
i have new ecu file, and dash board file.
is ther immo off for this ecu or need to synchronise ecu with dash?
please anyone here can help me

send original dumps. If you make sync in new dumps, then you will need to write down the keys.
