Corolla 89780 12060 Virgin

Hello guys! My friend lost all the keys from his 1998 Toyota Corolla 1.3MT

Immo module is 89780 12060 (tel:89780 12060)
93LC66 Eeprom inside it.

i found virgin file here around kaos and loaded it using Digiprog 3. Choosen 93c66 8bit during the programming.

as instructions to the file said - turned ignition on for 10 seconds(using new key, bought from scrappyyard), turned it off and then attempted to start - started for just couple of seconds.

programmed it again using carprog, same as 93c66 8 bit. Again no luck.

the key we bought is 2000 Corolla gray(valet) key. Do I need the master to perform this procedure or what do I miss?

Hey! Don’t have a chance to read out key data. Also there is a problem with ori dump, I readed it as 93c66, not like 93c66_8bit

Do you have any experience with virgining those modules? Do you think I miss some step? And do you think gray vallet key is ok for that application?

Is it possible that I need a master key instead of vallet?

hi there, im no expert but would think you need to program master key first then valet key.
